The Company’s President and CEO has been a successful petroleum engineer for over five decades. He is considered one of the inventors of the light sand frac that revolutionized the way that oil and gas companies recover oil and gas from shale formations. Mr. Dvorin was the first person to successfully drill and complete the first ever commercially produced oil and gas well in the history of Dallas County, Texas. Thus, ushering in the massive development of the granddaddy of all shales plays, the Barnett shale play, located throughout North Central Texas within the Ft. Worth Basin.
Prior to this, his specialty was in secondary and tertiary recovery of existing wells. Mr. Dvorin has been charged with the task of implementing the Company’s production plan on an ongoing basis and the driving force of the development of TPE’s business model.
The company’s head geologist, through his consulting company, Old Aulacogen, LP, also has over 40 years of oil and gas experience in the State of Texas. Mr. Henry was considered one of the initial drivers of the Barnett Shale play in the early to mid 2000’s. He is charged with assisting management with the development of the Company’s oil and gas production acquisition strategy and fulfilling the Company’s oil and gas business model.
Mr. Gerdin, the head of an International Financial Consultancy, is a senior independent financial consultant.
With over 18 years’ experience in financing and restructuring, he now specializes in creating investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, portfolio managers and private institutions. His expertise in both the high-tech and mining sectors has allowed him to select and advise on exclusive investments for customers and clients worldwide.
He has vast experience in evaluating companies in both research and development and for years he has focused his attention on the European, Asian and American markets. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the successful listings of several companies on the world public markets.
Mr. Brauner, an independent senior financial consultant, has over 25 years’ experience in the European and US financial markets. A “value seeker”, Mr. Brauner specializes in private equity as well as technical and chart analysis, providing clients timing, momentum and trend strategies with an aim to maximize returns once companies list on a stock exchange.
Mr. Brauner has vast experience in analyzing and advising both clients and corporations on the set up and execution of corporate liquidity events, such as an IPO or stock market listing.
Richard Knight has over 26 years of investment experience across many types of financial instruments in global, public and private equity markets. He has worked as a senior independent consultant and external asset manager for multiple commercial and financial institutions, both in Europe and Asia.
His strong understanding of commercial viability in the marketplace and a background in analyzing a company’s growth drivers, culminating with liquidity events through merger and acquisition or via the international equity markets.
Graduating from L.B.S. in 1984, Craig has over 30 years of extensive experience working in the world´s largest financial markets spreading into three continents.
Prior to specializing in Venture Capital and Private Equity he has gained significant experience in the financial world with experience in traded equities, bonds, futures options commodities and several different banking institutions throughout Europe Asia and America.
